I hope you all had a wonderful Spring Break. Our Broken Arrow Eagles came back from Spring Break with great attitudes and energy. We missed them and are so happy to be back in our school day routine. Students showed us that they know the expectations and displayed Respect, Responsibility and Best Effort all week. We even gave out some Golden Tickets in the lunchroom this week! WOW!

We have a few big days ahead of us with the Public Hearing on Saturday (tomorrow) from 10:00-12:00 at Broken Arrow and then the Board Meeting on Monday, March 27th at 6:00 at district office. These two events will conclude the school closure proposal process as there is scheduled to be a final vote for closure at Monday's board meeting. Your support throughout this past month (and all year) has meant so much to me and our staff. Broken Arrow is a special community and I feel so fortunate to be a part.

We may not know what school looks like for Broken Arrow next year, but 5 year olds will go to kindergarten somewhere! We want our kindergarten families to register early so the district can make plans for next year. Hiring and teacher movement is dependent on the Spring forecast of Kindergarten Enrollment.
