2nd Grade Field Trip

The Bear Branch 2nd Graders will be traveling to Main Street Theater in Houston on Friday, September 23, 2022. In order for your child to participate in the field trip, this Permission Form must be completed by Thursday, September 22, 2022.

Gold Fight Win!

Humble ISD is proud to be part of Gold Fight Win, a partnership with three local non-profits, Addi's Faith Foundation, L3 Foundation, and Mothers Against Cancer, with a mission to support families battling pediatric cancer.


GOLD FIGHT WIN Day in Humble ISD is Friday, September 23.

You can show your support throughout the month of September by wearing gold! Visit humbleisd.net/GoldFightWin for more details on where to buy a shirt.


Any pediatric cancer warriors may register online to attend a Gold Fight Win Football game as an honoree.

Lunch Visitor Policy

Any Day: Student Birthday / Half Birthday

Tuesdays: Kindergarten & 4th Grades

Wednesdays: 1st & 3rd Grades

Thursdays: 2nd & 5th Grades


All visitors must check-in to the front office upon arrival, have your drivers license scanned, and wear your visitor badge while on campus. Lunch visitors will be directed to sit at the visitor designated table with their child. Eating outside with your child utilizing the picnic table areas is open everyday.

Thank You PTA!

Thank you to all of the wonderful parents and volunteers who helped get our school year off to a great start! A special thank you goes out to our Bike Rodeo chair, Ashley Dixon, for putting on a fantastic bike rodeo. Thank you also to Becky Pieknik for keeping our BBEPTA website running smoothly, to Clara deRidder for bringing a touch of fall beauty to our school with the decorations and mums, and to Rachel Washburn for keeping our marquee up-to-date!

Everybody Counts

Everybody Counts will be the week of September 12-16, and is a national disability awareness program designed to teach students about various disabilities and how children with these challenges cope with them. The goal is to build understanding, inclusion, and ease with one another’s differences. During their Library Specials each grade level will be taught a lesson to bring about a greater understanding. BBE Fall Fest Friday October 28

Do you know a family or friend who can be a sponsor for our annual festival?


The Bear Branch Elementary PTA invites you to join our Fall Festival as an event sponsor. This annual event raises money for enrichment programs and technology upgrades like new Chrome books, STEM Curriculum and Fitness and Fine Art enhancements for each classroom. This is our largest fundraiser, and the support from the 750+ students, families, businesses, and community members is what makes it so successful. The Bear Branch Elementary PTA needs your help more than ever as we prepare to host our annual Fall Fest on October 28, 2022!

Yearbook Orders

Yearbooks are on sale now at balfour.com. Books are $20 until January 8, 2023. 5th grade, purchase by October 28, 2022 for a chance to win a free 1/8th page ad! (One winner per homeroom)

BBE Future Mustang Week 9/26 - 10/1

Kingwood High School is celebrating Future Mustang Week with all of their feeder schools during the week of September 26 through October 1. We will be celebrating with dress-up days each day, and we will be visited by KHS FFA and KHS Orchestra!
