Georgia School Personnel Survey
The Georgia School Personnel Survey (GSPS) is modeled after the student survey and includes 31 questions. The GSPS is for all certified and classified staff members who work at least 50 percent of the day in the school. At least 75% of certified and classified staff members must participate in the survey to be eligible for the School Climate Star Rating. Most teachers should be able to participate in the GSPS using their classroom computer. The survey is also accessible using a tablet or smartphone. Survey responses are anonymous and will be submitted directly to the Georgia Department of Education for analysis. The Georgia School Personnel Survey link is posted below. Montgomery's Climate Rating for 2018 was 95.20 which is 4 stars. Please complete the survey and help us reach 5 stars. The Georgia School Personnel Survey link is posted below.

Reminders
Please keep the following in mind as you prepare for the week ahead:
- Be sure to take attendance each day by 9:00 am. If you have marked a student absent and they arrive before 11am, you have until 11:59pm to amend the absence in Infinite Campus.
- Friday departure time ~ It is important that staff members remain on campus until 2:45 p.m. on Fridays. Often staff members on bus duty or carpool duty have to track down students. It is difficult to do when the child's teacher is not on campus. By 2:45 pm, most of the students have been picked up.
Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to the items above.
