9:30 am: yogic philosophy
10:30 am: active asana (postures)
11:30 am: pranayama (breath exercises) and meditation
12:00 pm: lunchtime
1:00 pm: silent nature walk
1:30 pm: asana - workshop your postures!
2:30 pm: pranayama (breath exercises) and meditation
3:00 pm: ayurveda (yogic nutrition) discussion
3:30 pm: restorative asana (postures)
4:30 pm: closing circle
5:00 pm: depart
NUTRITIOUS AND DELICIOUS: in addition to lunch, SNACKS, COFFEE AND TEA WILL BE AVAILABLE to enjoy THROUGHOUT THE DAY
