HOW TO ORDER YOUR TRANSCRIPT
The following will give you information on how to order your transcript to be sent to a college or university. Remember that when you order a copy of a transcript to be sent to you, it is considered an UNOFFICIAL transcript. In order for a transcript to be considered OFFICIAL, you have to purchase one to be sent directly to the college or university. The directions below tell you how to order transcripts to be sent to one or more institutions.
STEP 1: CLICK THE LINK BELOW
STEP 3: CLICK THE BLUE BUTTON (ADD DELIVERY ADDRESS)
You need to fill out all of the information to let the Registrar know where you want the transcript to be sent.
STEP 4: FILL OUT ADDRESS
* Address Type: click Educational Institution
*Agency, College, Employer, or Student Name: type the name of the college or university and it will populate the address.
If you need to Add another college or university click the ADD ADDITIONAL ADDRESS, otherwise click SAVE AND CLOSE.
STEP 5: FILL IN THE CHECK BOXES
Check the boxes in the light green box.
1. Under REASON(S) FOR REQUEST OF STUDENT RECORD: Check COLLEGE
2. Under SELECT THE INFORMATION TYPE(S) REQUESTED: Check HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT ($3.00 ea. + $3.00 copy)
STEP 7: TYPE YOUR INITIALS, THEN CLICK THE GREEN BUTTON
UPDATE FEES - PREPARE FOR CHECKOUT
STEP 8: ENTER PAYMENT INFORMATION
Click the BLUE BUTTON: CONFIRM PAYMENT, when you are done.
