KCES Parent Input for Student Placement 2023-2024

Class placement is a collaborative process that involves school adminstration and classroom teachers. In addition, input from instructional specialists such as reading specialist, special education and gifted teachers is also considered when class assignments are made for the coming year.


Although parents can be confident that each child's individual needs will be adequately represented by the teachers' recommendations to the adminstrators, we know that parents also have important information to share about their child. Parents who would like to provide this information may do so by completing this form no later than June 2, 2023.

Parents of Rising 5th Graders

Do you have a rising fifth grader? Please read and fill out the following Math 5/6 Inventory survey. Not only will you learn more about the class and the required inventory, but you'll have an opportunity to give your input. We will be cutting off the option to respond at 8 a.m. Friday, May 19th to give us the opportunity to prepare for the administration of the assessments.

Atlee High School Youth Cheer Camp!

Exciting news! Atlee High School will be hosting a Youth Cheer Camp Tuesday, June 6 through Thursday, June 8 after school from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. We would like to invite your K-5 and 6-8 students to join us. Registration opens on Monday, April 10. Registrations received by Friday, May 12 include 3 days of camp, t-shirt, poms, and bow. Registrations received after Friday, May 12 include 3 days of camp, poms, and bow. T-shirts will not be available after Friday, May 12 or during the week of cheer camp. 9:00-11:00am - 3rd - 5th Grade
