So many people want to lose fat but they think they don't have enough time to workout. Can you find 15 minutes in your day? Believe it or not, that is enough time to get in a workout that will burn fat during the 15 minutes, but will also continue to burn fat for 24-48 hours after the workout. So that is only 15 minutes of work for 24-48 hours of fat burning. I'm talking about HIIT workouts (High Intensity Interval Training). This type of exercise is actually more efficient for burning fat than running for hours (and trust me, a runner, that was hard to believe, but after starting it, I believed quickly!!). Basically, HIIT is pushing as hard as you can to get your heart rate up really high for short periods of time then resting in between intervals.
