Who are we?
Having an issue with your iPad? The LMS: A-Team (student led tech team) is here to help with your devices. We are available to assist you during all lunches on A days for the first 10 minutes. Come visit our tech table if you are having trouble with your iPad.

For a glitch or no SAISD Mobile WiFi access
Hold down the power and home button for 10-15 seconds until it turns off and the apple logo comes on. Check for connectivity and let a tech team member know if WiFi is still not connecting or prompting a password.
A cracked screen
Let a teacher know ASAP, or see your administrator, Mrs. Krichko, Ms. Olguin or Mrs. Duffy to give them your name and student ID number. They will take a look at your iPad to assess damage and submit a work order.
No app catalog
Submit a "Need Tech Support," ticket through the QR code in your classroom or hallways around campus. We will take it from there.
