Most of us take water for granted because it is always there for us. But, in Sudan it's is very different. Women and children have to travel for hours just to get water, but this water is contaminated with wast.

School and education in Sudan
Every day kids lose education time just to get small amounts of drinking water for their families, about 4 hours. Also lots of kids don't even go to school because they have to help their families. The restrooms in schools are far from sanitized.
Home life in Sudan
In Sudan, most homes are unsanitized and very small. In some homes 6 people live in a house the size of a jail cell, and share 40 liters of water per day for drinking and cleaning.
The average persons needs 20 liters for these things.
