Happy Summer, PC Family!

I think everyone is out of school by now, so it's vacation time for many people, and that means some fun in the sun! Woohoo! The Barlows have had some exciting stuff happening from moving (our home AND my classroom back to back) to competitions and end of year performances with my kids to deep sea fishing with B. J.'s ministry to planning for big ministry trips this summer...it has just been a whirlwind this last month or so, so I apologize for being sort of MIA, but I am back and ready to work hard for you and your summer skincare needs! I hope all of you are getting what I'm sure is some well deserved and much needed time away to rest, relax, and recharge this summer. *Please continue reading below for some important details regarding your account management, some process improvements within our little family, info on our seriously AMAZING new product, and a great giveaway from our home office.*

Goodbye, and thank you, Tracy!

I want to give a public shout out to our awesome customer account manager from January to May - Tracy Halloran Scott. She did an outstanding job of communicating with you and taking care of your orders, and I am so thankful for her help during my busy months at school. I know you felt well cared for! After working with me during this time, Tracy saw the possibilities with Rodan + Fields for her own business venture and has come on board as a consultant. She is already killing it and is undoubtedly going to receive her first promotion in the next few days! Welcome, Saisai!

With Tracy moving on, we have a new customer account manager coming on board to take care of you. Please help me welcome, Miss Saianna "Saisai" Smith! I met Saisai through one of our regional churches where she participates in the young adult ministry and sings on the worship team, and she has quickly become one of my favorite people on the planet. She's smart, she's funny, and she's dedicated to doing everything she does well. She graduated from UC Irvine last year with a double major in education and African-American studies and a minor in sociology (that makes me tired just writing it!), and she spent the last year working as a college counselor for middle school students at Frank D. Parent K-8 School. She is moving on to work on her masters in August, and in the meantime, she's going to be taking over your account management. In order to see her messages on Facebook, you'll need to accept her friend request, and don't forget to be on the look out for a new phone number or email address in your contacts. I am beyond thrilled to have this amazing girl working with me, and I know you'll love her too! Welcome to the family, Saisai!

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT DETAILS

Because there are so many of you and only one account manager, we are instituting a new policy regarding your account management. The account manager will reach out to you, as usual, prior to your order processing and will ask what you need to refill, if you'd like something new, or if you need to delay your order that month. If she does not hear back from you, she will follow up twice after the initial reach out. If after three attempts at contact she still hasn't heard anything, she will notify me, and I will send you your login credentials along with instructions on managing your own account, and you will be responsible for it from then on. We are happy to manage your accounts for you and we want to provide the absolute best customer service possible, so as our PC family grows, it is no longer feasible for us to reach out more than three times with no response while still continuing to provide excellent service. This improved process is also to ensure that there is no miscommunication and that you have the opportunity to be sure your order processes exactly as you'd like it or gets delayed if that's what you need. Be extra alert this month and next as Saisai will be reaching out to you for the first time! :)
