Student MacBook Help
Schoology Password
You are able to reset their password. When you are in your course, click on members on the left side. From there click on the wheel by their name. One option will be to reset the password.
Need Tech Help
There is a tech aide in the library during periods 1,2,4,5. Please do not send students to the tech area, unless someone from tech has called for them.
Lost/Stolen Devices
Students can fill out a form online under the students section of the website on lost/stolen devices. They should also visit their house secretary to fill out an incident form.
Google Login Help
Please prompt students to follow the Google Accounts information under the student section on the CHS website. Some students may temporarily be missing the (@students.) in their login. Google is working to remedy the issue. They can try to login without the (students) in their login.
General MacBook Help (including log in)
Under the student section of website, there is a section titled: MacBook: You need to know. Here you can find the login information for students.
Login: 00+student id
Password: first 4 of last name (capitalize first letter) with month and day of birthday

Updating MacBook
If a MacBook is running slow or having general issues, make sure the MacBook software is up to date. To check this, the student can click on the Apple in the upper left corner, click on About this Mac and choose Software update. If there is an update to do, encourage them to do it at home with the Macbook plugged in.
