To ensure I have the very best health I can everyday, I will think positive, eat healthy, exercise, and be sociable.


I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by finding away to get around it and learn from it. What I will gain from that "pain" is that pain will happen and only I can make it stop.
