MAY 15, 2020

Today, May 15, 2020 Official Last day of School for Students

Students: please work hard to finish all of your assignments by the end of today.

This has been a challenging time for everyone: students, parents, teachers and administrators adjusting to the last several weeks of lessons on-line. We appreciate everyone's efforts to make the best of the situation and patience while we navigated through all the changes to meet the mandates from the Governor.

We wish all our Elida families a wonderful summer! Enjoy the break...we've all earned this one!

We will continue to keep you informed over the summer with communications through social media or e-mail/text-alerts.

Elida Theater Message: Joseph Performance Possible

So much has changed since the Elida High school Musical production went dark in mid-March due to the pandemic. What has NOT changed is the enthusiasm and commitment of the Elida students, parents, directors, and school administration to bring this show to life as soon as we have the “green light”.

The dream lives on! The next projected performance run for the show is planned for the first or second weekend of August. If we are still unable to open in August, the show will be moved into the fall scheduling.

We hope to still include all graduating Seniors who were originally part of the show.

As soon as we have confirmed dates we will exchange tickets for all those still holding tickets from the earlier scheduled performance run. If you are unable to attend the show at its future time, please contact Rhonda Bargerstock in August and we will refund your ticket purchase.

We look forward to the day soon when we can tell this wonderful story with music, movement, color and heart!
