A Weekly Look at Grant Elementary School & the Grant PTA
Week of March 3, 2020
A Message From Principal Grey
Dear Grant Community,
This year, our Science Coordinator, Mr. Max, has supported teachers in the implementation of weekly robotics and engineering activities related to grade-level content standards. With the assistance of our Science Coordinator, Grant students have access to opportunities for hands-on learning in small groups both during weekly sessions and during lunchtime. Innovative programs such as this inspire students to be life-long learners and engage powerfully in the world!
Thank you for your continued support of student learning and growth,
Ms. Grey

In the Thank You Column:
- Thank you to Alice Crysdale and Amanda Beavers for hosting the Dr. Seuss Birthday Bash. It's such a fun night for everyone.
A great big thank you to the following families for their help in making sure that the annual Dr. Seuss Birthday Party was a success: the Maddicks, the Murillos, the Barreras, the Johnsons and the Kinards. Thanks also to the leadership team who managed the activities. Ms.Beavers and Ms. Crysdale couldn't have done it without all your help!
To all the parents and children who came to the event and shared in all the fun, see you next year!
