With all my classroom experience, and the desire to provide all students with excellent education, I am confidence in my ability to be a valuable asset.
As my resume will demonstrate, my teaching career has been geared toward the empowerment of elementary school children. I have a strong passion to educating young minds and help them blossom into well-rounded, responsible, and successful individuals. Throughout the start of my career I have had wonderful opportunities to teach diverse groups of students including those with learning disabilities, students who perform at grade level, and those who are gifted. As a result, I have become proficient at designing and creating stimulating lesson plans, which accommodate multiple intelligences.
My greatest strengths include inspiring and motiving students with positive reinforcement. I actively engage students by incorporating a variety of activities and cooperative learning projects. In addition I accommodate my lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse learners as well as demonstrating direct connections from the classroom to real life. Furthermore, I believe parent teacher communication on a regular basis promotes participation in the classroom.
I look forward with great anticipation to discussion with you the many ways in which I can make a significant contribution to your program. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.
