KES Update

November 18, 2020

Thankfulness. Gratitude. Appreciation. So much hard work and dedication goes into the planning and instruction from our staff as they engage our Hornets each day while keeping them safe. I'm thankful that we are still in school. Seeing the students in the building and on the screens each day truly brings joy! I'm thankful for the successful hybrid model and all that went into making it a go - from the transportation department to our office staff to the teachers and support staff to the parents who have rearranged their schedules and finally to the students who have adjusted to yet another change. We are a family who has pulled together to take on new challenges each day and I am extremely thankful to be a part of it. Thank you to our supportive PTA who will be providing a delicious meal for the teachers during conferences. I hope you are all able to connect with your child's teacher and learn more about the wonderful things that are taking place here each day. As we head into the holiday week next week, I would like to wish you all a Happy and Healthy Thanksgiving!
