The FRIDAY Review

December 1, 2019

We are lucky to be fully staffed administratively, again, and look forward to a productive year. You will find attached and within the links provided each admin's responsibility. Pleaes adhere to the responsibility document to seek help and/or assistance. Grade levels and topics are separated out by administrator.

Thank you for your help as we transition for the remainder of the year!

Below, you will find the Faculty Meeting agenda where we will discuss these changes.

From Mrs. Lewis...

  • PROGRESS REPORTS - Go Home Wednesday, December 4th (The Wed after Thanksgiving - No exceptions)
  • Hallways -Please be reminded that hallways are quiet zones while traveling through the building or lining up to change classes. It is a requirement that students transition quietly so that instruction is not interrupted.
  • CHRISTMAS CHEER - It’s that time of year once again! We are asking the Spring Hill family to help the Student Support Services Department and Project P.I.N.K. to put a little Christmas Cheer under the tree of some of our Spring Hill children this year. Our Christmas tree will be located outside the front office. It will have ornaments with the item that can be selected, including meal items. Please include the ornament with the item that was purchased upon return. Items do not need to be wrapped. All items must be returned by Monday, December 16, 2019. Thank you so much for all of your caring and generosity. We greatly appreciate all of your help.
  • Chocolate Money - All chocolate money is due back by this Friday, December 6th Please announce to students that they will not be able to participate in extracurricular events unless chocolate money that is owed is paid.
  • TIMELY CLASS CHANGES - All teachers should make it a priority to change classes on time. Waits for class changes robs students of precioys instructional time.
  • . Harris is a star again. She has a role in the Play, Sylvia. Feel free to go see her in action... Dec 4, 5, 7 @ 7pm, Dec 6 @ 6pm to include dinner or Dec. 8th @ 2pm.

  • Copier Issues have been resolved with the district; Hopefully, this will eliminate problems.
  • We need you! Please make attendance and on time arrivals a priority. Doctor's appt should be scheduled outside of the school day, when possible. Absences just before holidays should be avoided, as this is some of our busiest days. Thanks for your help!
  • MONDAY, DEC 2nd - Faculty meeting - Required
  • COACHES - Students are not to be left outside on the benches waiting for pick up for practices. If a child goes missing and you did not supervise, what car did he leave in? What did the person look like? SAFETY FIRST!
