Color Poster Maker Guidelines: e-Newsletter
We will be offering no charge for some of the color posters at the beginning of Semester # 2; however, we plan to begin charging reasonable fees later in the semester.
If you have a possible item to be printed as a long-term color poster, please send it to me and I will be glad to check. Please send to me as a gif, jpg, png or similar format.
Please remember that we do have a black-and-white poster maker if you need a poster for a shorter duration or if the poster does not need to be printed in color. We do not have a charge for this poster maker. Please send as an e-mail attachment to me and Ms. Phillips and she will be glad to make the black-and-white posters for you.

OUR RHS MEDIA TECH CENTER HEROES!!!!!
With a Media Tech Center staff of only two people and our IT staff of one person, it is a monumental task to keep - 300 - 500 students and staff and the other requests from a school population of more than 2,400 - SUPER - DUPER "HAPPY" every day. With the extra duties of being the "Surf 3 Engineers" and "Surf 3 Mechanics" and the "Digital Citizenship Coordinator," we do our very best to "juggle" many, many, many requests every day.
We want to thank Stanley Deloatch, Vasily Rusev and Fredrick Strozier for the extra work they do to help us with so many extra requests each week. Plus, we want to thank Anand Valcin and Miguel Morales for the outstanding work they do each PM to clean the "dust and debris" of so many daily food and drink containers left by 300 - 500 students and staff. Also, they have to dust and vacuum the entire area with the high traffic volume we see each day, including many extra meeting groups of students, parents and staff. We were also pleased last summer when Fredrick took so much pride in cleaning all of the glass rooms and glass windows for several days to make everything "shiny, new and smelling great" for our students and staff.
The RHS Media Tech Center appreciates these GREAT GUYS and the SUPER WORK they do to help each of us! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Nine Ways Smore Empowers Educators to Create and Share Great Content
https://blog.smore.com/edu/home
Whew! Bet you thought you would not get through so much information so fast! So, here is a quick question for each teacher. Depending upon approval by the administration, I need to know if any of the teachers are interested in having a one-year subscription for a Smore e-Newsletter to use as a communication tool with students, parents and staff. I have used my own account with Smore for several years and have been pleased with the professional look and ease of use. I was also pleased to learn within the past three years that the Vanguard Team also utilizes the Smore e-Newsletter to communicate with our V-Team.
Please send me a quick e-mail and let me know if you are honestly interested in a smaller school account as there are several levels available for schools. Please check the information I have included with this e-Newsletter to see how other schools and businesses are using this valuable and professional e-Newsletter.
