Who were the people associated with the change?
Copernicus
Copernicus began the scientific revolution with his theory called heliocentric.Heliocentric theory is the astronomical in which the earth and other planets revolve around the a relatively stationary sun at the center of the solar system.
Kepler
Kepler concluded that certain mathematical laws govern planetary motion .one of these laws showed that the planets revolve around the sun in elliptical instead of going in circles, as previously thought.
Galileo
Galileo was a italian scientist that built new theory's about astronomy.later on he built his own telescope to study the heavens in 1609.his findings frighted catholic and protestant's leader's because they went against the church teaching and authority.
How did the change impact society at the time?
It made people change their mind about astronomy,and also about the church.It also changed the society at that time by making people try to experiment and explore more about the galaxy and the universe.
How is that change evidenced in today's modern society?
It changed evidence by the fact that back then they barly had any technology and still got things right.It also changed by making people change their mind about the study of astronomy.
