GETTING TO THE NEWPORT BEACH MARRIOTT
The Newport Beach Marriott Hotel & Spa is located at 900 Newport Center Drive, Newport Beach, CA 02660. You can reach the hotel at 1-949-640-4000 or at their toll-free number 1-866-449-3375. The Newport Beach Marriott does not provide shuttle service.
John Wayne Airport, Orange County (SNA)
Transportation will be available outside the airport with an estimated one-way taxi fare of $18. The hotel is approximately 5 miles SW of SNA.
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
Transportation should be arranged in advance. Rental cars are available as needed. The hotel is approximately 44 miles SE of LAX.
On-site parking is available at the hotel with a $5 hourly or $25 daily rate. Valet parking is available at the hotel - $18 for the first 4 hours or a daily rate of $30 or $18 for the first 4 hours.
- The GSO Planning Committee has cared for your hotel reservations. No action is needed on your behalf.
- Upon check in you will need to provide a photo identification and corporate credit card.
- Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 pm. Early check in is based on availability.
- Luggage storage will be available upon arrival on Monday, 8/18, if needed at the front desk.
- At check-out be prepared to settle your account with the front desk or use the Express Checkout. Check-out time is 12:00 pm.
- On-site registration will be held outside the grand ballroom on Monday, 8/18, from 4:00 to 4:30 pm.
- Please stop by registration desk for your team building materials and name badges.
- Don't Delay, If you haven’t met the individual that you will be introducing, do it today.
- Each team member will have 30 seconds to 1 minute to introduce their partner on August 18th at 5 pm.
- Newport Beach, CA is in the Pacific Daylight Time Zone.
