Thank you to those who have sent in Scholastic News money. If you have not sent your child's money any yet we are still accepting checks ($5.50).

If you have not already sent in earbuds/earphones with your child, please do so.

Remember to send a water bottle daily with your child. Kids need to stay hydrated with this heat. Healthy snacks are encouraged. Thanks for sending in sliced apples and peeled oranges instead of whole fruit. This makes snack time easier.

Thank you to everyone who has signed on to Class Dojo. It's not too late to get connected to your child's MAPS classes through Class Dojo. Just create an account, sign up with your child's personalized code, and you're done! Check your account daily for updates on your child's behavior. Coach Basil wants to remind you to make sure your child comes prepared for learning by wearing the correct shoes on PE days.


Students will be checking their math homework each morning as a whole group. Spelling words are also in their folder and should be practiced nightly. Students are off to a great start on the 100 or 25 book challenge. Students should be reading about 20 minutes nightly Monday-Thursday. Remember to record all books your child reads to you as well as books you read aloud to your child.
