5th Grade Families,
Are you interested in showcasing your child in the yearbook this year? If so, simply submit a digital photo and message to Mrs. Besicmann at
mannl1@nv.ccsd.net along with $15 to the front office. This is a great keepsake to add to their 5th grade yearbook!
Pictures can be current or of your child when they were younger. You can highlight some of their achievements or write them an encouraging message as they embark on new adventures in middle school. It is up to you!
*Please keep message to 300 characters or less.

BERG POP-UP SHOP - FRIDAY - 3:10 - FRONT OF SCHOOL
EISENBERG SUMMER ACCELERATION PROGRAM
- All CCSD elementary schools will offer a summer acceleration program from May 30 - June 16.
- This program is free to all families and will follow the regular full school day schedule of 9:00 - 3:11 with Pre-K continuing their half day schedule. Students do not have to attend every single day, but we do encourage students to attend as many days as possible to get the full benefit of the program.
- 5th graders have the choice to attend the Summer Acceleration Program at Eisenberg or the middle school they will be attending in the fall. If you plan to attend Eisenberg's program, please fill out this form. If you would like your child to enroll in the middle school program, they will be sharing that information in March.
- Students are able to receive breakfast and lunch as well as transportation (if your address qualifies for transportation services), but Safekey WILL NOT be available for students. Please complete the survey below no later than Friday, March 24th at 12:00PM if you are interested in having your child participate.
