Anorexia is the lack or loss of appetite. Girls will starve them selves to get skinny.


Bulimia is when one eats and after throws it all up or use laxatives to get it all out. Girls will do this so they don't gain any weight to look thin.

To Lose Weight

To lose weight you have to burn more than you eat, and to help try not eating much of the carbs

    1. Eat vegetables to help you feel full.
    2. Drink plenty of water.
    3. Get tempting foods out of your home.
    4. Stay busy -- you don't want to eat just because you're bored.

    6. Don't skip meals.

To maintain weight you have to match what you eat with what you burn daily.
