Testing Reminders
PME will observe a closed campus on state testing days. Visitors and Volunteers will not be able to visit on these dates. This includes visiting your child for lunch.
Dates for Closed Campus: May 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 9th, 10th, 16th & 17th
Visitors and Volunteers WILL be allowed on campus on the following dates: May 6th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th & 31st
On Testing Days:
1. Make sure your child is on time for school on testing days. They should be well rested and have eaten a good breakfast.
2. If your child is feeling ill, please keep him/her home.
3. It is important that all students be at school all day. Make sure that appointments are scheduled around testing dates.

Car Line Reminder
Parent Information Night – Thursday, April 28, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.
The "rising sixth grade" parent and student orientation will be provided at all middle schools. This is an opportunity to be familiarized with your middle school, meet the administration, leadership team, and instructional support personnel. The presentation’s topics includes middle school expectations, academic requirements, course placement, electives, and clubs/extracurricular activities.

Our Academic Carnival is just around the corner! I hope you marked your calendars for our school wide celebration of academic success!
Please note that only those district approved volunteers that signed up to be an academic carnival volunteer will be permitted on campus that day. If you can no longer volunteer to host an activity, please email Mrs. Cassilly at cassir1@collierschools.com to secure a replacement no later than May 20th.
There will be an email reminding you of your assignment for May 26th the week before so be on the lookout for more details to come. Looking forward to ending another successful year of excellence at Pelican Marsh in partnership with our students, staff and volunteers at our annual Academic Carnival!
