PK 4.3 - Weekly Newsletter
We hope you all had a wonderful and restful Spring break!
We kicked off the week with everyone's support and empathy on Autism Awareness Day! Thank you all for sending your "something blue" and help raise awareness around our school and community! We did many other things in the classroom in honor to that :) Very simple but loving acts that helped us celebrate similarities and differences among all of us :)
This is the last week of our Trees Study and I must say, our children had a great time learning about the natural environment. Plants, trees, seeds, animals and more, were the center of attention for quite some time and we managed to learn this last week; about the different professionals that support and take care of our planet.
April promises to be a very exciting month for children, as we have lots of events coming up- starting with the beginning of our Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Study! Since this one will pair up with Earth Week's celebration, you can support us sending any recycled material you may have at home. We would benefit a lot from egg carton, plastic bottles, shoe boxes, newspaper, magazines, etc.
Thanks in advance for your ongoing support! We look forward to meet you all during our Student/Learning conferences and review your child's growth :)
