Paleolithic vs Neolithic
A prehistoric period of human history, Also known as the old stone age a cultural period that began 36 million years ago in Africa. The population consisted of nomadic neanderthals using wood, stone, and bone tools for hunting in groups as well as a hunting and gathering system for food and survival. These packs gathered roots, berries, and other plant life. The further development of fire revolutionized the era and made constant traveling less of a necessity.
An extinct species of human closely related to humans that lived in the paleolithic era. They had defining features of the skull area, this includes large features and angled cheek bones as well as a huge nose. Their bodies were stockier and shorter as a result of an adaption of the cold. Their brains however were often large or just as large to their brawny bodies.

Made out of stone, bone, and wood. Most materials were broad and used from animals or rock related materials.

A period in the development of human technology in the middle east also known as the new stone age. This began about 6000 - 12000 years ago, after the last stone age. The most significant achievement of this time period was man learning how to farm This was also known as the Neolithic revolution. Man progressed in the era by learning to domesticate crops and animals. They domesticated wile wheat, corn, and wild cereals. This ended the need to constantly travel and follow the herd. It did away with nomadic behavior. Man began to settle in one place. The development of agriculture became basis for society. This period continued until the birth of the iron age.
The oldest known descendants of modern humans living about 40 thousand years ago. Cro magnon's were built robustly with strong musculature. The forehead was straight as opposed to sloping like neanderthals. They had slight brow ridges with a short wide face with a prominent chin much like modern humans.
Comparison and contractions
The paleolithic people were nomadic hunter gatherers who had to move from place to place following the heard for food. The neolithic people adapted farming and agriculture. As a result they had no reason to settle from place to place. They embraced their revolutionary advantages and domesticated plants, wheat, and animals. Neanderthals were a subspecies of human with stocky bodies and possessed large sloped faces. Cro magnon's were descents of modern men that were taller and built more robustly with shorter wider faces. Neolithic nomads used tools made from stone, bone, and wood. Most materials were broad and used from animals. Paleolithic people were more advanced, their tools and weapons were further developed and advanced, especially featuring handles. Making them more useful and giving them more range.
