Reminder that images may take up to a full business day to be available online. If you do not know your child’s reference number fill out the reference request form to have it emailed to you within one business day.
Here are a couple of due dates to keep in mind:
- To get your pictures with the first batch of pictures, the due date is September 19th.
- To get the pictures without late fees, the due date is December 15th.
- In order for families not to incur archive fees, you would need to purchase prior to the end of the school year.

STAR TESTING
This week our students began taking the math and reading portions of the STAR Assessment. Students take the STAR assessment three times per year to monitor growth and progress in these two areas. Ask your child about this assessment and how it went. The data collected from this assessment will help us make informed decisions about your child's instruction and academic progress. Students will conference with a house teacher sometime in the next month to set goals for the year.
Encore: IXL & ALEKS
During Encore class, students will be working on two instructional programs, IXL and ALEKS. IXL is an excellent literacy resource that combines a comprehensive K-12 curriculum, personalized guidance, and real-time analytics to personalize instruction and help students progress faster through ELA skills. ALEKS (Assessment and Learning in Knowledge Spaces) is an adaptive learning platform and assessment tool in which students work on an individualized pathway in math. After an initial assessment, ALEKS generates a personalized learning plan for each student that focuses on math topics and concepts that student needs to work on most. Both IXL and ALEKS can be accessed from home or school and are designed to fill learning gaps using individualized data. Students who regularly engage with these programs have been successful in their courses.
