Why is keeping healthy and fit important
It is important to keep healthy because if you do not keep healthy you won’t be able to run around or go to places that often and in later life it could affect you walking so you might not be able to walk as far as you used to. You should keep healthy because if you don’t then it can lead to health problems such as diabetes or heart problems, the main way of keeping healthy is to make sure you have a balance diet. A balance diet includes a mixture of everything, so it means you should have some food that contains fat, some food that contain protein etc…. If you have a balance plate with everything you should have on it then you will become healthy but you can’t just eat healthy you also need to do some exercise. Exercise is an important thing to do since it helps you build up your muscle and it also allow you to become more healthier and fitter. If you just ate healthy and did no exercise you wouldn’t be healthy because all the food you ate will just stay in you and then it will turn into fat. You need to do exercise to burn off the fat from the food you ate otherwise the food will turn into fat and then you will come un-healthy. You should at-least do 30 minutes of exercise a day but make sure you rest after each bit of exercise you do, for example if you do 5 minutes of push ups then you rest for a min then you do 5 minutes of sit up then rest and you do this or 30 minutes but make sure you do different exercise (sit-ups, push up, star jumps etc…). While doing your exercise make sure you have a glass of water and sip that every time you have a rest and this will give you more energy and also it is more healthy then a fizzy drink. If you do these regularly and make sure you eat healthy then you will become fit and healthy so in later life you will be able to do things that others won’t be able to that ate un-healthy. Eating Healthy and keeping fit is an important thing to do in life because it will not be good for you body but it will also help your body functions so you won’t get ill easily and you are more likely to be fitter so you will be able to do some sports and go out more.
Why do we need to exercise
We all need to do to exercise to keep fit because if we don’t do any we will become unfit and we won’t be to go out as much and you won’t be able to do any sports or you won’t be able to go out and meet with people. It is very important to keep healthy since if you don’t you can end up becoming fat and unhealthy which can also lead to diabetes if you eat unhealthy drink unhealthy along with doing no exercise at all. It is very important for you to keep active and healthy since it helps your muscle growth and it also keeps them in shape so your muscle doesn’t turn into fat. Your muscle will turn into fat if you don’t keep them in shape then they can end up becoming fat which means that once they become fat you will become fat since most of your body consists of muscle.
