If you would like your donations to OUUC to count as 2019 donations for tax purposes please make sure your cash or check is delivered to the OUUC office or postmarked by December 31.
The church office will be closed through January 1.

Abundant Love
Last Thursday, your many beautifully wrapped gifts for 11 families at Olympia Regional Learning Academy (ORLA) were delivered to the school. Your generosity was a reminder of what it means to belong to a Beloved Community! Thanks to the ingenuity of one gift-giver, each family receives passes to the Olympia Children’s Museum and the Estuarium! May each of the 11 families, and each of you, have a blessed holiday season, filled with love, joy, and the spirit of generosity.
Friendship Dinners
Thanks to everyone who participated in our Fall Series of dinners. Our next series will be in February and March. If you are new and have not yet signed up, and wish to participate, you can do so by signing up here. SAVE THIS DATE… On Saturday, January 18 we have scheduled a gathering of Friendship Dinner Hosts and Guests (and anyone who wishes to learn more about our dinner program). This will be a potluck dinner at OUUC from 5:00 – 7:00 pm. Bring your favorite potluck offering, your questions, and comments. We look forward to having you all join us. If you have any questions, please contact Carol Williams, or Pat Sonnenstuhl. Thanks to the committee who did a great job getting our Fall dinners organized - Zoe Myers, Trink Newman, and Pat Sonnenstuhl.
Chemical and Fragrance-Free Spaces
The January 12 service at OUUC will focus on how we can make events in our space welcoming and accessible to everyone, including those with a life-threatening sensitivity to the fragrances and chemicals used in many personal care products. For the health and safety of all who gather in our sanctuary, it is important that everyone come free of products containing those additives for at least two weeks before the service. If you have questions about how you can do that, please go here or contact Rev. Carol McKinley.
