Grad Student Assembly Information
- May 28, 2022 starting at 1:00pm
- Please arrive by 11:30 am so we have time to get into your Grad gown, have a wardrobe check, and get organized alphabetically
- Mandatory rehearsal meeting for graduates on Friday May 27 @ 3:45 one of the gyms
- All school rules apply at the Graduation Ceremony and Facey Formal. Not following school rules could result in students being removed from participation in the Ceremony and Facey Formal without being able to get a refund on tickets purchased. School based consequences could also follow
- Please remember that being part of our Graduation Ceremony does not mean you will receive your Diploma, we have to continue to focus on our classes until the end of the year
Facey Formal
- Doors open at 7:30, Formal runs from 8:00-11:00
- The theme of the Facey Formal is only to guide our decisions about decorations, participants do not need to do anything differently or dress differently than they would for the Ceremony (it is going to be like a Prom you would see in a movie)
- Opportunity for graduates to celebrate with family and friends outside of the formal setting of a ceremony
- Opportunity for students to show off their graduation outfits as this is a big part of graduation
- There will be some Student Choice Awards presented at the Facey Formal
Other Info
- Theme Week is coming up the week of Grad
- student Grad planning group is meeting Tuesday, May 10 at lunch in Rm 270 to discuss Theme week for anyone interested
- Student Choice voting will be coming out in the coming weeks
- Grad Gown handout will be Wednesday, May 18 from 2:30pm - 4:00pm
- See Mrs. Muphy in the main office to confirm the pronunciation of your name by the end of the day Wednesday, May 18.
- Details will be coming out between now and graduation, please watch the school bulletin, Instagram, and Grad Smore to keep in the loop of pertinent information
Final Grad List and Tickets
The Final Grad List is now posted. You need to be on this list to be able to purchase Graduation Ceremony and Facey Formal tickets.
With this final list Grad Tickets and Facey Formal tickets are open for sale. Tickets can be purchased through the PowerSchool Portal.
Ticket sales close on Wednesday May 11, 2022 at 4:00pm.
Grad Ceremony Ticket - $20 (Graduate does not need to purchase a ticket)
Facey Formal Ticket - $25 (all attendees need to purchase a ticket, Graduate included)
Once purchased on the PowerSchool Portal account, tickets can be picked up in the main office. Please note, while you can purchase tickets, you will not be able to pick up your tickets from the school until your Graduation Fee of $80 is paid. Please contact the school if you have questions of you do not see your student ID on our Final Grad List.

Cinderella's Closet
The mission of Cinderella’s Closet is to provide graduation attire for students in Grade 12 who require some financial assistance to make that happen. Please come see Ms. Ramsey in student services between March 1st and 10th. She will get your size, colour and length preferences from you. Cinderella’s Closet staff will gather three dress options for each student and have them available for schools to pick up and complete dress fittings at the school. Students will select their preferred dress and the school we return the others. Dress fittings will take place before and after Spring Break.
Baby Photos
Please submit a digital baby photo through the Baby Photo Form. If you require any assistance please contact our main office.
Your student will need to log in to their school Google account to have access to submit a photo.
myPass
Diploma Exam result statements are now only available through myPass
Students will now need to retrieve their exam results through myPass—a self‑service website for high school students. Result statements for Diploma Exams are now available exclusively online using myPass. Printed results statements will no longer be mailed.
myPass enables high school students to:
- access their Results Statement;
- view their demographic information;
- view their Detailed Academic Report (DAR);
- view their progress toward their diploma or certificate; and
- order and pay for a transcript.
Specific information on how to sign up for myPass will be provided to all students who are registered to write diploma examinations.
