HR Update
April 2019
Employment Recommendation Changes
We have made a few changes to the employment recommendation process. Available below is a tutorial with details.
Major changes to note:
- You no longer need to collect the new hire's drivers license, social security number, or date of birth - HR will be handling this for you
- You do need to begin including on the HR8 at least your top three finalists considered for the recommended position
- For Support Staff recommendations, we would like a copy of the HR 12 (schedule of hours) so that our on-boarding experience runs more smoothly for the new hire
Plus...You may now complete all of these things online through Frontline!
Let us know if you would like assistance with the new process, and we will gladly walk you through the process.
