Deja Vu
Diego Clark
Why did I chose Deja Vu?
I chose to do this project over Deja Vu because I'm already vaguely familiarized with the concept of it and why it occurs.
What is Deja Vu?
Deja Vu is what occurs when you experience a sensation of having been in a specific situation when you're not sure how you're familiar with it.
What's Going on in the brain?
Because of the unpredictable nature of the phenomena, study of Deja Vu is somewhat difficult to study and learn about. From what has been studied about it, it is most likely that Deja Vu is caused by a sort of epileptic occurrence where multiple neurons fire simultaneously.
The Study of Deja Vu
The term Deja Vu was first used by a French scientist named Emile Boirac. However, he did not research Deja Vu extensively. Sigmund Freud and other psychologists later studied it more in depth, only to discover theories about how Deja Vu occurs.
