Guidance
As the 2nd semester begins, each of the grades will be focusing on their own feelings. In the previous months they began to recognize other people's feelings so that they can have empathy. This month they are learning about how their bodies can give them clues to how they are feeling; such as when they are worried about something, it may cause their stomach to hurt or when they are mad, their muscles can get really tight and their bodies may even shake a little. Knowing what their feeling will help them in coping with said feelings.
