Our Admission Specialist is a key player in the recruitment and enrollment of Degree Completion and Graduate level programs at William Jessup University. The Admission Specialist provides exemplary, first-tier customer service by assisting prospective students with vital information regarding enrollment through our One-Stop experience…everything they need to know with just one call!

Schedule: 10 hours per week
Morning Shift: between 9am-12pm
Afternoon Shift: between 1pm-6pm.
Essential Functions:
Follow up on prospects and applicants from emails, phone calls, online-applications, information meetings and walk-ins
Assist prospective students with questions regarding Graduate and Degree Completion programs and admissions policies, along with basic questions regarding financial aid, VA benefits, program pre-requisites and additional information.
Navigate the pathway for prospect students from the point of inquiry through enrollment
Schedule appointments for Admission Counselors
Input information into the university database(s)
- Help recruiters with managing/updating student tracking database(s)
