The Importance of Setting Goals

Success and satisfaction comes when I am able to help the designers on my team achieve financial goals, overcome obstacles, create relationships, build their own team and find a passion for their O2 business. Each of us has a different reason for beginning their business venture with Origami Owl. I am here to help you achieve YOUR goals.

Think about the following questions:

  • How many jewelry bars and/or events do you want to do a month?
  • What do you want your personal sales to be each month? What do you want your team sales to be each month?
  • How many team new members do you want to sponsor each month?
  • How many team members total would you like to strive for?
  • What is your monthly earnings goal?

SET SMART GOALS: Specific - Measurable - Attainable - Realistic - Timely

Get specific about what you want to accomplish with Origami Owl. Focusing on your 30, 60 and 90 day goals will outline your path for success. You are always only 90 days away from the business that you want! The things you do today will pay off in 90 days. Focus on your plan in 30 day increments to keep it simple.

I can't wait to help you with your goals in the upcoming year. Please share your goals with me so that I can help you reach them! I set goals each month as well. Each month my goals are different. For example, November and December I focused on personal volume and holding a maximum number of jewelry bars. I ended up doing 30 jewelry bars in 41 days... That was a little crazy. For the months of January and February 2013, my goal is to focus on my team. I want to help existing team members with any challenges and help the DIW get prepared to FLY! I am always here to help, but these months are solely dedicated to YOU!

Sharing your goals is one of the best ways to reach them because you are held accountable to someone. It can be intimidating because you don't want to fail, but you can't fail if you give it 100%! My long-term goal: I would like to make Director by my 1 year anniversary with the company, August 21st. Now you can hold me accountable, too!
