It's time to change that. By reducing portion sizes and making known the risks of eating junk food, we the people can in turn cut the obesity rate. We can practically melt the fat from our bones through a simple process of wash, rinse, and repeat: Eat healthy foods in their intended portion sizes, exercise regularly, and get adequate sleep.
Sit-ins every Friday through Sunday
At a nearby local fast food restaurant, from opening to closing, take a seat. Bring your own food and don't order anything. If you break and decide to order from the restaurant, I implore you to scrape half of it into the trash to resemble receiving a smaller serving size.
