NCCS Mission Statement

North Clackamas Christian School partners with Christian parents in providing our students with a biblically based education that pursues excellence in spiritual, academic, artistic, and athletic programs, training them to serve Christ daily.”

School Verse for 2021-22

Galatians 5:22-26...the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.

4th Year as Best of Oregon City

North Clackamas Christian School has been selected four years in a row for the Best of Oregon City Awards for Christian Schools (2022) and now qualifies for the Oregon City Business Hall of Fame. Read about this recognition in the link below. Thank you for your part in making our school a standout Christian school in our community!

God is doing great things in and through our school and we are blessed by His abundant love for us!

PSAT Registration

In February, NCCS will offer the 8th, 9th, and 10th grade versions of the PSAT for students in those grades. The purpose of taking the exam at these levels is to build familiarity with the PSAT exam and also to assess if a student is "on track" for college readiness, specifically in the core areas of math, reading, and language. Certainly, the PSAT 8/9 and PSAT 10 - as with all standardized assessments - serve as just one way of evaluating a student's academic strengths and abilities. The test fee is $18 (payable to the school office). Those interested can sign up to have your 8th-10th grade student participate at NCCS using this link: PSAT 8/9 and PSAT 10.

ACSI Day of Prayer

"The ACSI Day of Prayer is an annual event that advances Christ-centered education by advocating through prayer. There is no doubt that this school year has been unique and often challenging, but God desires for His people to flourish despite the surrounding circumstances. Therefore, ACSI encourages you to join together as we unite globally to pray for Christ-centered education on Tuesday, February 15, 2022...Let’s unleash the Lord’s shalom into this world of chaos!"- ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International)

At NCCS, we will recognize this day by having activities around the school for our students and staff. #SchoolsThatPray

Archery Coming to NCCS!

We are excited to announce that at NCCS, we received a grant ($3000 in materials) from the National Archery in School Program (NASP). This spring (March-May) we will teach archery skills in junior high and high school PE classes, and hope to offer after school sessions later in May to all interested secondary students. If there is interest, our long-term plans are to offer an archery club next school year. There are opportunities for students to participate in regional events and competitions once we are well established.

HELP NEEDED: No experience required. We are looking for adult volunteers to work alongside Mr. Nelson (PE teacher) and Colleen Filippello (Parent) on Friday afternoons. If you are interested, please reach out to Mrs. Filippello who will see to necessary basic training to assist and who can provide additional information.
