How the baby may be affected by alcohol.
The alcohol will cross through the placenta and reach the baby quickly, changing the babies blood alcohol level to the same as yours. Alcohol can have many damaging affects to the baby, such as brain and body functions. Such problems can occur such as FASD.

Person may have a small head, low nasal bridge, small eye openings, short nose, thin upper lip, smooth philtrum, flat midface, and a underdeveloped jaw.

What is FASD?
FASD stands for Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, which is a disease that can be very serious and also may not affect the baby much at all. Most children affected by FASD look quite normal actually. Drinking alcohol in the first 3months or trimester may give the baby FAS.
What is FAS?
FAS stands for Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, which is just a different type of alcohol exposure during pregnancy. Many babies affected by alcohol may not always have signs of FAS. Many problems with some children may be Low IQ, brain damage, birth defects and other problems.
How to avoid alcohol during pregnancy.
- Stop hitting up them clubs.
- That nightly glass of wine may seem appealing, but don't you dare!!
- Your girlfriends like to party, haha, they're children.. respect yo baby.
- Find a man, if you lost the one you had.. and have him take care of you..
