A Hoot of a Grade 4-5 Class

We are back and running like we never left.

Yes, same teacher and Educational Assistant but a whole new year of learning!

We are all happy to be back in our room again! It was just like yesterday it was June, where did the summer go? This is my first year ever in my 25 years of teaching that I have the opportunity to teach the same group of students. It was exciting to see how they had grown over the summer and hear all the fun adventures that they had. The first few weeks have been FANTASTIC! Why?..... They were all eager to learn and get back to routine. It was almost like they had just had a long sleep over and came back from the break. Routines unfolded without any problems. The students were most helpful in letting the new student who joined our room learn how things run in our class. Yes, we have one new student so that makes 13 grade 4’s and 15 grade 5’s.
