Shadow Puppets are Fun!!
We had an enjoyable visit with Matt Sandbank and his many shadow puppets on Friday, December 15th. The puppet shows helped to illustrate the different elements used to create poetry.

Miss Anastasia and SkippyJon Jones are Coming January 26th!
Miss Anastasia, enthusiastic reader and performer, will be reading to kindergarten students at Stahl Library on January 26, 2018. She will be sharing SkippyJon Jones stories with students. SkippyJon Jones will also join us in the library to say hello!

Texas Bluebonnet Award Voting and Party 2018
Third, fourth, and fifth grade students that read a minimum of five Bluebonnet Award nominated books will vote for their favorite book throughout the week of January 22nd-26th. On January 29th, they will be invited to attend a "Bluebonnet Party" for participating!
