Saline High School News
February 2019
PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
Wow...a crazy couple weeks with our weather! I hope everyone was safe and warm. Unfortunately, the school cancellation impacted our Parent-Teacher conference night. The High School has over 100 staff members, and it would be impossible to reschedule and coordinate all of those schedules. Please know, if you would like to meet with your child’s teacher or have a phone conference, you can contact the teacher and schedule that individually. Let’s hope February is a much better month in terms of weather ;)
Believe it or not, we are preparing for the 2019-2020 school year! February 7th is our Transition Night for incoming 9th graders along with our South West Washtenaw Consortium Open House. This is an opportunity for you to learn about the South & West Washtenaw Consortium and class opportunities that are available for your student who graduates in 2020 or 2021. Not to mention, we will have representatives from all our clubs and athletic teams with information for you.
Please note that this event is running the same night as the Class of 2023 (incoming 9th graders) Transition Night but is a SEPARATE event from the SWWC Open House.
I hope everyone has a great month, and please don’t hesitate to contact me at the school with any questions or concerns.
Have a great day and Go Hornets!
