FORMS FOR 4TH AND 5TH GRADE CHORUS DUE TOMORROW, SEPTEMBER 30!

We are working towards bringing back the fourth and fifth grade chorus. Chorus is not mandatory but is offered to students interested in joining a singing performing group. Our plan is to rehearse during your student's recess once a week. Rehearsals and performances will be adapted to any changing health and safety guidelines. Please help us in meeting these guidelines by filling in the form below.

Please only do this if your student is interested in joining the chorus.

Filling out this form only indicates interest and is not a permission slip and does not obligate your student to join. This is for planning purposes only.

Please fill out this form by Thursday, September 30.
