Our New Reality: Making Sense of Family Care & IRIS in the Transition Period and Beyond

The Arc Dane County, LOV Dane, Third Place Group and the Long Term Care Coalition are teaming up to put on an informational programs targeted to parents and care givers titled Our New Reality: Making Sense of Family Care & IRIS in the Transition Period and Beyond. The program is FREE due to the generosity of our experts and our community partners.

Join them for a lively and informative discussion and educational session guided by experts in the field of long-term care for people with disabilities. This educational seminar will be geared towards parents, families, guardians, and self-advocates. ALL levels of experience with the Family Care/IRIS transition are welcome.

We are offering three regionally based sessions for your convenience in Sun Prairie, Cross Plains, and Stoughton. Pre-registration is required. Please register for the session you would like to attend.
