UBAM TRACTOR'S NEWSLETTER 7-2015
getting kids excited about reading and serving others
Serving others is sharing our business opportunity with others. hostessing parties and selling books.
Our Team Goal during this secret kit promotion was to add 20 new team members to our team. Sometimes we set a goal and we don't quite make it, but that is really ok. We got a closer to our goal just from the actions we are making to try to make it happen. I was just talking to someone who really wanted to earn the Ireland trip earlier this year and she was explaining how close she really got. I was trying to help her see that her actions toward the Ireland trip will really help earning the cruise this year easier for her and she is bound to make it this year.
We actually added 14 new team members. Congratulations to all of you. Please welcome these new team members to our team.
Laura Adams from Newburgh, IN (recruited by Kate Martin)
Jenn Tuffs from The Colony near Frisco (recruited by Kate Martin)
Kimberly Kane from Frisco (recruited by Kate Martin)
Michelle Tran from Houston (recruited by Lori Estrada)
Amanda Sellier from Katy (recruited by Janice)
Wayne Medina from Long Island, NY (recruited by Janice)
Melinda Bowden from Long Island, NY (recruited by Janice)
One of the best parts about earning the Ireland trip was getting to visit with other Uzzies buddies who have also had great success this year. I got to visit with Hope Fisher, Kelley Haus, Odessa Wallace (first time trip earners) and Vicky Finnan. One of the questions, I got to ask all of them is what do they do to train their new people. One of the best ideas I heard was that they send them a power point that was made by Vicky Finnan. Vicky just promoted to director this year and she is just amazing. I have included this power point here for all of you to watch and get tips from it. I also know that some of you feel like you don't know what you are doing so it is hard to add people to your team, so it is my hope that you will feel so much better knowing that you have this powerpoint in your back pocket that you can send them so that you don't feel like you need to know all the answers.
If you have read all of this newsletter so far, do me a favor and reply to it, just for a chance to win a prize. if you include a tip you learned from the powerpoint, you will have two chances of winning our prize. (a little something special I brought back from London)
Making an IMPACT on the world- Team Sales of $43,786
I am so proud of many of you that are so committed to our mission of getting kids excited about reading and enriching lives. Last fall, Kate Martin gave a bunch of free books to the Baptist Children's Home in Austin and she plans to do it again this year.
Julia Solaway is also kicking off a 10,000 book drive for a Montessori school that just lost their whole library is the floods that happened in Houston.
We are also changing lives by just helping our hostesses earn FREE books at their parties, also.
Way to go, Tractors!

Way to go to Kate Martin who has a "heart" for sharing with other.
Congratulations to Kate Martin, who added 4 team members to her team this month and has not stopped sharing our opportunity with others. I had the privileged of getting to visit with many of these team members this week and I always ask the question," if they could get everything they want from this business, what would it look like??"
Many of them said, that they don't have any idea, but they are excited about "trying " this business. Thank you to Kate for giving them the opportunity to "try" it.
Changing Lives and getting kids excited about reading.
1st Annual GULF COAST REGIONAL-AUG 29th in HOUSTON
Our Goal when we put this regional together was to have 40 people attend. Right now, we are already at 34 attendees and we still have a couple of more weeks, so I feel for sure we will surpass our goal of 40 and we may have to turn people away. (due to space limitations)
Don't miss out on being a part of making history in the Houston area. Click here to sign up today for just $25 (includes lunch and snacks) https://consultants.myubam.com/backoffice/Regionals/GulfCoast.asp?code=28&userid=P3769&AuthCode=7911930530
