What will we do?
A small group of 6 participants will allow me to tailor fitness sessions taking into account the goals and needs of each individual.
During 2 Sessions per week, I will work closely with each individual, monitoring progress and moving towards specific goals.
Fitness Testing, Nutrition Information, Body Composition Analysis, Goal Planning, Progress Monitoring, Health & Fitness Homework, Optional Biological Age Testing (enquire for further details).
Sessions will take place at Coffs Harbour Fitness Studio or, to add some variety, at an outdoor location of Beths choice within Coffs Harbour.
2 Mornings per week 6am - 7am - Commencing 30th April 2013

I like to use a variety of techniques for fitness training. Functional strength to build a good solid foundation, cardio training for heart health, cardio boxing for fitness and strength, self myofascial release and flexibility for every day functional activities.
