Referral Goals

Our goal is to have at least 10% of our students engaged with the FAST team.

Please take time this week to see which students are not engaged and make referrals for them.

These should be students who are not responding to emails, are not coming to CC sessions, are not answering phone calls, are not logging attendance, or are in other ways not actively engaged and/or compliant with school requirements. Remember, FAST is for engagement support and training. We want to help you help those students.

Before you make a FAST referral, you should have already tried to contact the student via email, phone, EC, and/or small group invitations. You should also send the referral letter here.

If you have a student who is compliant but needs extra training, resources, or support, use this letter.

You must also complete the Students First Teacher Compliance Running Note-FAST referral note. (See below.)
