The Cookie Pot donates school supplies to Gladstone kids
The Cookie Pot Children's Boutique held a school supply drive, providing several boxes of notebooks, pencils, rulers, colored markers, and other essentials for Gladstone students.
"We are grateful for this generous gift to help prepare our students for the new school year," said District spokeswoman Leslie Robinette. "Students are excited to be back in the classroom diving into hands-on learning."
Students in need of school supplies are encouraged to contact their school counselor for assistance.

Gladstone School Food Pantry -- open Thursdays, 3-5:30 p.m.
The Gladstone School Food Pantry invites families who need free groceries to shop Thursdays from 3 to 5:30 p.m. [new hours!] The Pantry is located behind Hillside Fellowship at 6460 Glen Echo Avenue.

Free clothes for kids -- open Saturdays, 10 a.m. to noon
The Gladstone Kids Clothes Closet is open for free Back to School shopping each Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon. It is located in a portable classroom on the north side of the Gladstone High School campus off Nelson Lane.
The facility serves youths from birth to age 18. They provide free clothing, jackets, and shoes, as well as new socks and underwear. All are welcome.
