At this class, you will learn how essential oils can help you: deal with stress more effectively, clear feelings of anxiousness, welcome a more peaceful night's sleep and more! We hope you will join us to gain more insight on how plant-based medicine can support you, your family and friends.
Join Holly Moore, Juliana Grimnes and Annie Waugh for this fun and relaxing evening. They will begin with an EO 101 refresher at 6:30pm and then move into the Emotional Aromatherapy class starting at 7:15pm. The class will be done by 8pm.
