Weekly Update

Dear Fox Family,

Gates Mills Elementary students worked hard this month by setting classroom goals in sportsmanship, reading, math, kindness and school pride. Each classroom earned all of their goals and they were able to participate in a flag football game with some special guests. Each class had the opportunity to play against our very own Mayfield High School football players while our Mayfield band cheered us on! A very special thank you to Coach Bandiera, Mr. Treiber and Principal Linn for their support!

We kicked off our WALKATHON fundraiser this week. This is our schools biggest fundraiser of the year. Our annual Walkathon promotes the importance of exercise, teamwork, and philanthropy to our students, and your tax deductible donation supports student activities, educational enrichment, teacher appreciation and more! Please go to the GATES MILLS DONATION LINK and enter your donation amount, and then select your student's grade, or make a school donation. Cash and checks made payable to Gates Mills PTC will be accepted. More information about our Walkathon can be found below.

Save the date for our annual Fall Fest on Friday, October 6th from 5:30-7:00 pm at Gates Mills Elementary. We will have pizza, pumpkin decorating, face painting, fall crafts, a chili cook-off, caramel apples and hayrides. Please return the RSVP form that was sent home earlier this week if you plan on attending. We look forward to seeing you there!

Keep Smiling,
