What is the Space X Dragon?
The Dragon is a spacecraft developed by SpaceX and is designed to deliver people and cargo into space. SpaceX Dragon is the first private spacecraft to attach to the International Space Station.
When did the Dragon first launch?
The Dragon was first launched into space in December 2010. It was launched again in May 2012 and became the first spacecraft to carry significant amounts of cargo to the International Space Station and have it returned safely back to Earth.
Who made the SpaceX Dragon?
Elon Musk founded the company SpaceX in 2002 with the goal of sending humans to other planets. The Dragon is one of the first few spacecrafts designed by SpaceX to carry cargo and humans.
How was the Dragon launched?
The Dragon was launched using the Falcon 9 rocket.
What are the different parts of the Dragon?
The Dragon has a protective shell at the top, berthing mechanism, cargo area, service module for computers and navigation and heat shields to protect the spacecraft.
